The greatest self-referential line ever
Three points:
- The opening sounds almost similar to Jesse McCartney’s ‘Beautiful Soul’, but just different enough that I suspect no one will agree, but my opinion is valid because it’s written down.
- He sings the greatest self-referential line ever in the first chorus with “Would have said you’re beautiful but I’ve used that line before,” and I love the song just for that.
- I kind of like it, but, then, I always liked James Blunt a bit. Go check his Twitter if you don’t like him and see if you don’t change your mind.
